This classic song, “Change the World” was originally written by Tommy Sims, Gordon Kennedy, and Wayne Kirkpatrick, and was first recorded by Eric Clapton in 1996, and produced by legendary record producer, Babyface.
So why re-record it now?
My good friend Rob Aronson and I have been wanting to collaborate for a long time, and with the inauguration of the new administration in January, we felt a renewed sense of optimism and hope for the future. So, we decided this would be a perfect song to reflect this new zeitgeist.
This version features three musicians across three time zones: myself (Los Angeles), Rob Aronson (St. Louis, MO) and virtuoso guitarist extraordinaire, Sean Harkness (NYC) who all recorded and filmed their parts in quarantine!
We hope you enjoy this video and if you are so moved, please share it on your social media, with the hashtag #ChangeTheWorld

We hope you had a joyous Purim. With joy and vigor, may we all go out and #ChangeTheWorld
